I’m Frey – an artist, soul explorer, and founder of Golden Flame Collective. 

My journey is fuelled by a deep love for self-expression, community, and the kind of magic that happens when we show up as our truest selves.

I create sacred geometry art, play with movement, sound, and intention, and use my voice to inspire connection and transformation. My work is grounded in core values such as fluidity, spontaneity, inquisitiveness, and sincerity – all of which guide both my personal journey and professional offerings.

Golden Flame Collective was created to support individuals in reconnecting with their inner wisdom, expressing their truth, and cultivating a life rooted in purpose and presence. Through visual art, guided practices, and intentional spaces, I aim to hold a mirror to the light within others – reminding them of their inherent brilliance and capacity to thrive.

wood, pottery, glass, mirrors, and plastics – each piece etched by hand with care and meaning.
